Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and SellZilla ("we" or "us") covering the SellZilla mobile apps and sellzilla.ai. By creating an account or using SellZilla you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

SellZilla helps you sell items you own. It identifies items from your photos, drafts listings, suggests prices, posts to marketplaces you choose, replies to buyers within rules you set, and presents deals for your approval. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Keep your login details secure and tell us at support@sellzilla.ai if you think someone else has accessed your account.

4. Subscriptions and free trial

SellZilla is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple or Google and renew automatically until cancelled in your store account. Refunds are handled under the store's policies.

5. Marketplace accounts and third-party sites

You remain responsible for your accounts on eBay, Facebook Marketplace and other sites, and for following each site's rules. Some sites do not permit automated activity. If you turn on hands-free selling for such a site, you do so at your own risk, which may include restriction or suspension of your account on that site. SellZilla does not store your marketplace passwords.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of your photos, listings and messages. You give us permission to use them to provide the service, including posting listings and replying to buyers on your behalf. You confirm you have the right to sell the items you list.

7. AI-generated content

Listings, prices and replies are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. Review details before you approve a deal. Price suggestions are estimates, not guarantees of a sale or sale price.

8. Selling, payment and meetups

Sales are between you and the buyer. SellZilla is not a party to the sale and does not handle payment between you and buyers. Meet in public places, follow local laws, and use your judgement about your safety.

9. Prohibited use

  • Listing stolen, counterfeit, recalled, illegal or age-restricted items
  • Misleading buyers about an item or its condition
  • Using SellZilla to spam, harass or defraud anyone
  • Reverse engineering or disrupting the service

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

SellZilla is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost sales, marketplace account actions, buyer conduct or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Ending service

You can stop using SellZilla and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms. SellZilla is offered to people in North America. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
