1. Summary

We collect what we need to sell your items for you, we don't sell your personal information, and we never store your marketplace passwords.

2. What we collect

• Account: your email address and password (stored hashed).
• Items: photos, item details, prices and listing text.
• Selling rules: floor prices, allowed answers, meetup times and places.
• Buyer conversations: messages exchanged with buyers about your listings.
• Subscription status: from Apple or Google. We never see your card details.
• Usage: app and website analytics, device type and crash reports.

3. How we use it

To create and post listings, reply to buyers within your rules, schedule meetups, keep your account secure, provide support and improve SellZilla.

4. AI processing

Photos, item details and buyer messages are sent to our AI provider to identify items, write listings, suggest prices and draft replies. Our provider processes this data on our behalf under contract.

5. Who we share with

Marketplaces you choose to post to receive your listings and replies. Service providers that help us run SellZilla, such as hosting, database, subscription management, email and analytics providers, receive only what they need.

6. Marketplace sign-ins

eBay connects through its official sign-in, and we keep only the access token eBay gives us. On other sites you sign in yourself inside the app. SellZilla never sees or stores your marketplace passwords, and you can disconnect any site at any time.

7. Retention

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.

8. Your choices and rights

You can view, edit and export your items, and delete your account in the app. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data. Email us to make a request.

9. Children

SellZilla is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.
